DeZwaan Care Team Golf Tournament

You’re invited to participate in the DeZwaan Care Team Golf Tournament to be held Monday, June 10 at Eagle Valley Golf Course in Woodbury. All proceeds go to Joe & Carrie DeZwaan and family for their ministry in India and the Middle East with YWAM. 4-person scramble; 7:00-8:00am check in, 8:30am shotgun start. $115 Entry Fee includes greens fees, cart, range balls and lunch. Put a foursome together with friends, family or co-workers, or just enter and be ‘teamed up.” Any organization or individual can be a hole sponsor with a contribution of $100 or more.
