Grandparenting – Legacy Builders & Grandparents@Prayer:
Legacy Builders: Grandparents are invited to join with us as we study more on being an intentional Christian grandparent in the lives of our grands! We will use the DVD series, Grandparenthood – More Than Rocking Chairs, by Dr. Tim and Darcy Kimmel. Legacy Builders will meet the first Saturday of every month beginning January 5, 10:00 to 11:15am in the Upper Room, preceded by coffee and treats in the Great Room starting at 9:30am. Since participant workbooks are no longer available, we will provide a handout at each session. For further information and to register, please contact Curt or Nancy Wetsel (651-324-7754 or 651-428-0135).
Grandparents@Prayer: Grandparents, you’re invited to come together once a month and pray intentionally for our grandchildren and their parents. It is our desire that you will leave encouraged for this journey as grandparents with resources to help, knowing that you are not alone. We will meet 8:30-9:45am in the Church Conference Room on January 5 (first Saturday of each month January-June). Questions? Contact Karen Thigpen (651-459-2622) or Mary Lou Turgeon (651-315-5844).
