Option 1: Meet Me In the Bible: The Stories of Women
As image-bearers of God’s creativity, compassion, and courage, women offer a unique lens into the nature of the living God. Through the stories of Scripture’s daughters, sisters, mothers, single women, and wives, we are better equipped to see how God engages with women and invites them into his work.
New Life women will be teaching each chapter (no video).
Option 2: Turn Your Eyes: A Bible Study on the Psalms
The Bible calls us to turn our eyes to Christ, allowing his presence to transform our lives. But amid our busy routines, constant distractions, and the pull of worldly temptations, it can be easy to lose sight of him. The Psalms offer a powerful and practical means of connecting with God. These ancient prayers and songs give voice to our emotions, allowing us to praise God for his grace and faithfulness, no matter our current circumstances.
Turn Your Eyes offers a structured, step-by-step approach to help readers observe, interpret, and apply a wide variety of psalms. Readers will explore 15 psalms, each week focused on a different key theme, such as wisdom, thanksgiving, lament, kingship, trust, praise, and more. By delving into the Psalms, readers will come to know and love the Lord and his word in new and deeper ways.
This study on the Psalms is also the focus of The Gospel Coalition Women’s Conference June 11-13. We are planning a road trip to the conference in Indianapolis – look for details coming soon.
Tuesday Childcare:
Childcare is available for children while their mom attends a study. Children must be registered in advance.
Childcare Volunteers:
Women attending Bible study will be asked to take a turn caring for children in the nursery to enable moms to attend their study. More information will be shared when we gather in February.
